When hobbies collide: A morning in Hacklebarney State Park

There was joy in my heart when I saw the location for this past weekend’s Cars and Coffee meet: Hacklebarney State Park! This is the place that I made a (very) short film in just a few months ago in the dead of winter. It’s just as gorgeous in the summertime. Unlike in the winter, though, I didn’t need to crab-walk down a quarter-mile of sheet ice on the trails.

I arrived at 6:30 AM, caught a few frames of the park’s water features under my favorite light, got a decent workout, and finally, arrived on the scene of a great car meet. Saturday mornings don’t get much better for me, folks.

If you received my business card and want to see some shots of your car, please contact me with the button at the bottom of this post.
